Beth Ann Smith

Beth Ann Smith is a seasoned Family Law attorney with more than 30 years of experience representing individuals and families throughout Augusta and the surrounding areas. Since graduating from Georgetown University Law Center in 1992, she has devoted the majority of her legal career exclusively to divorce and family law.

A Columbia County native and Valedictorian of Evans High School, Beth Ann earned both a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service/International Economics and a Master of Science in Foreign Service/International Trade and Finance from Georgetown University before receiving her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center.

Throughout her career, Beth Ann has handled a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, property division, and other domestic relations cases. She also served as a Municipal Court Judge for the City of Midville and as the municipal attorney for the City of Waynesboro, bringing valuable judicial and government experience to her practice.
