Bethany Hoffmann

Bethany T. Hoffmann is the Principal Attorney at Hoffmann Immigration Law LLC, a Rockford, Illinois firm she leads representing clients across the United States and globally in immigration matters. A graduate of DePaul University College of Law (2004), she has focused her practice exclusively on immigration law for over 16 years, concentrating on family-based immigration, naturalization, VAWA petitions, U Visas, and removal defense.

Ms. Hoffmann routinely represents clients before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice, and the Department of State. An active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), she serves on the executive board of the AILA Chicago Chapter and previously served on AILA National's Board of Governors. She was also part of the policy team behind Illinois's TRUST Act and VOICES Act, and has testified before the Illinois Senate and House on immigration policy. Her primary practice areas include:
