Linda Sanchez Ortega

Linda Sanchez Ortega is an experienced immigration attorney and Supervising Immigration Attorney at Hirsch Law Group, serving individuals and families throughout Chicago and communities across Illinois. Her practice focuses on family-based immigration, humanitarian immigration relief, asylum, citizenship, and removal defense. Before joining Hirsch Law Group, Linda worked at an immigration law firm and served for several years as an EOIR manager, primarily handling removal defense matters before the Chicago Immigration Court.

As an immigrant who personally navigated the U.S. immigration system, Linda brings valuable personal insight and compassion to her legal practice. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Northeastern Illinois University in 2016 and her Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2022. During law school, she participated in an immigration legal clinic, volunteered with organizations providing free immigration services.
