Pattie Weir, Esquire

Pattie Weir, Esquire joined The Yeager Law Firm LLC in 2019 and represents clients in a wide range of family law matters before the Delaware Family Court. She is known for her compassionate, client-centered approach and her experience handling complex custody and guardianship cases.

Pattie is a Certified Family Law Mediator and regularly assists clients in resolving family disputes through mediation and negotiation. Before entering private practice, she served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the New Castle County Family Court, where she gained valuable insight into Delaware family law and court procedures.

She earned dual bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Philosophy (Justice, Law and Values Option) from Pennsylvania State University and received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, with a Child and Family Advocacy Certificate from Michigan State University College of Law. Pattie currently serves as a leader within the Delaware legal community, including as Chair of the Family Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association.
