Julie H. Yeager, Esquire

Julie H. Yeager is the founder of The Yeager Law Firm LLC, established in 2011, and has been practicing family law in Delaware since 2005. She is recognized for her extensive experience in divorce, child custody, property division, and other complex family law matters. After years as a successful courtroom litigator, Julie now focuses primarily on private mediation and alternative dispute resolution, helping families resolve conflicts efficiently and outside of court.

Julie is a Certified Divorce and Custody Mediator and a Certified Family Law Arbitrator in the State of Delaware. She specializes in high-asset property division cases and assists clients in resolving issues involving divorce, child support, custody, visitation, and marital property through mediation, binding arbitration, and non-binding arbitration.

A recognized leader in Delaware family law, Julie helped develop the Family Court's mediator certification curriculum and training program, which has certified more than forty new mediators since 2019. She has also been honored as a Delaware Today Top Lawyer in Family Law and/or ADR Mediation for eight consecutive years (2018–2025). Her commitment to children and families is reflected in her previous work representing parents in foster care proceedings and serving on the Court Improvement Project Steering Committee.
