David Chermol

David F. Chermol, Esq. is a founding and lead partner at Chermol & Fishman, LLC, a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania law firm representing Social Security Disability (SSD) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) claimants across the United States, both at the administrative level and in federal court.

From 1997 to 2007, Mr. Chermol served as an Assistant Regional Counsel for the Social Security Administration's Office of the General Counsel in Philadelphia, personally litigating and developing strategy in major disability cases before the Third and Fourth Circuits. He has trained SSA administrative law judges nationwide on disability law, provided appellate advocacy training in coordination with the Department of Justice, and currently serves as Co-Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Social Security Disability Committee.

He combines a decade of insider agency experience with a client-focused approach to guide clients through every stage of the disability claims process.
