Greg Tuite has dedicated more than 35 years to representing injured workers and disabled individuals throughout Illinois. Born in Rockford, Illinois, he earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and graduated with honors from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1980. While in law school, he received the prestigious American Jurisprudence Award in Torts for achieving the highest grade in negligence law.
Early in his legal career, Greg successfully argued Hunter Corporation v. Industrial Commission before the Illinois Supreme Court, helping establish vocational rehabilitation benefits for injured workers. Since the early 1980s, his practice has focused exclusively on Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability claims.
