Bryan M. Wellner

Bryan M. Wellner is an experienced Illinois attorney concentrating on Corporate & Small Business Law, Local Government Law, Criminal Defense, Traffic Law, and Employment Law. He advises businesses on corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiation, commercial litigation, and real estate development matters.

Bryan serves as corporate counsel for numerous Illinois municipalities and governmental entities, providing guidance on the Illinois Municipal Code, Open Meetings Act, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), zoning and land use, employment and labor law, collective bargaining, and municipal litigation. He also prosecutes ordinance violations, aggravated traffic offenses, and DUI-related matters on behalf of local governments.

In his criminal defense practice, Bryan represents clients facing misdemeanor and felony criminal charges, DUI offenses, and traffic violations throughout Northern Illinois.
