Stephen H. Hagler

Stephen H. Hagler is an experienced attorney serving clients throughout Augusta and Martinez, Georgia. Since beginning his legal career in 1991, he has dedicated his practice to helping individuals and families navigate complex legal matters involving family law, Social Security Disability, wills, probate, and estate administration.

After earning his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, Steve returned to Augusta to begin practicing law. In 1999, he founded Stephen H. Hagler LLC, where he has represented hundreds of clients with professionalism, compassion, and practical legal guidance.

Steve's practice includes divorce, child custody, child support, guardianship, estate planning, probate administration, and Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) claims. He also has experience handling personal injury and real estate matters and has served as a Guardian ad Litem, representing the interests of children and incapacitated adults in custody and guardianship proceedings.

Steve is an active member of the legal community, including the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR) and the Augusta Bar Association, where he has served on the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section.
