Paul V. Balducci

Paul V. Balducci is an experienced immigration attorney serving clients throughout Augusta, Georgia. With more than 30 years of legal experience, he has dedicated his practice to helping individuals, families, and employers navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration law.

After earning his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law, Paul worked as a foreign legal consultant with a law firm in Mexico City, gaining valuable international legal experience. In 1995, he established his own practice, focusing on immigration and naturalization law, including family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, citizenship and naturalization, visa petitions, and removal defense.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Paul is committed to making quality legal representation accessible to a diverse community. He also represents injured workers, particularly those without employment authorization, in workplace injury matters.

Beyond his legal practice, Paul is actively involved in educating the Augusta community about immigration law through television appearances, newspaper editorials, and educational outreach.
