Attorney Devina Mistry, JD, Esq. is the founder of the Law Offices of Devina Mistry, PA, a Miami, Florida law firm that provides dedicated legal representation to disabled adults and children pursuing Social Security disability benefits statewide throughout Florida. She founded her firm in January 2016, beginning with clients throughout South Florida, and has since grown her practice to represent claimants across the entire state.

Attorney Mistry brings a unique perspective to disability law, having started her legal career as an Attorney-Advisor for the Social Security Administration's Office of Hearing Operations in Miami, where she prepared administrative law judges' decisions on SSDI and SSI claims. That firsthand experience inside the system gives her clients a distinct advantage in understanding how claims are evaluated and how to effectively present a case before Social Security judges. A graduate of the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida, Attorney Mistry has been a licensed Florida attorney since 2008 and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She is an active member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives, a graduate and Board of Fellows member of Elder Law College, and a member of the Florida Bar's Elder Law Section and Real Property/Probate/Trust Section.
