Rick Hogan

Rick is the Founding Partner of Hogan & Vandenberg's Wilmington, Delaware office and an experienced immigration attorney dedicated to helping individuals, families, and businesses achieve their immigration goals. His interest in immigration law began while attending Villanova University School of Law, where he developed a passion for assisting clients in building successful lives in the United States.

Rick's practice focuses on business immigration, investor immigration, and family-based immigration, providing strategic guidance on employment-based visas, investor visas, family petitions, and other immigration matters.
