Gary Linarducci, Esq.

Gary Linarducci dedicated his legal career to representing individuals seeking Social Security Disability benefits. After beginning his career as a Deputy Attorney General, he entered private practice, including a partnership at Doroshow & Pasquale, before founding his own law firm. In 1979, he began representing Social Security Disability claimants and ultimately devoted his practice exclusively to this area of law.

Over more than four decades, Gary tried thousands of cases, including 60 jury trials, and earned a reputation as one of Delaware's leading Social Security Disability attorneys. He was a frequent speaker at national conferences and was consistently recognized as Delaware Today's "Top Lawyer" in Social Security Disability from the time the category was established.

Beyond his legal practice, Gary was deeply committed to public service and community leadership. He served on numerous educational, environmental, and civic boards throughout Delaware and held leadership positions with several nonprofit organizations. At the time of his passing, he was in the process of joining Doroshow Pasquale Krawitz & Bhaya as Of Counsel, where his legacy of compassionate client advocacy continues through the firm's ongoing representation of his clients.
