Natalia Plascencia González

Kimberly Medina has devoted her legal career to helping individuals and families successfully navigate the U.S. immigration system with compassionate, knowledgeable representation. Licensed to practice law in California and before the Federal Immigration Court, she has been practicing law since 1997 and has focused exclusively on immigration law since 2003. As the founder of the Immigration Law Office of Kimberly Medina, she has helped more than 2,000 families pursue immigration relief, reunite with loved ones, and defend their rights.

A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall), Kimberly was also a Berkeley Law Foundation Grantee. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the National Lawyers Guild and has been recognized with the Colorado AILA Pro Bono Service Award for her dedication to providing legal services to underserved communities. Having lived in Honduras for six years, she is fluent in both English and Spanish, enabling her to effectively represent clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
