Since being admitted to the Alabama Bar in 1993, he has helped clients establish, acquire, finance, and sell businesses while providing practical legal guidance for complex commercial transactions and corporate growth.
His practice includes advising clients on the formation of corporations and limited liability companies, negotiating contracts, business acquisitions and sales, commercial real estate financing, and industrial development projects.
